Which is the best way to conatact London-V/O about case specific enquiry

1 Direct email to old email address.

or

2 New email web form enquiry page ?

Please advise

I would say web enquiry form, as it'll ask your details and that way you won't miss anything.

Direct email and web inquiry(case specific inquiry) goes to same email address. You can use any one of them.

When you write an email to the CHC you retain the proof(in your sent mail box) of what you have sent.However when you send Case specific Inquiry, it get only the notification in your inbox that you have sent something(don't know what?). This is the major difference between these two modes of contact.

I would suggest if you are sending the CHC some important updates (such as change in job status, marriage, childbirth etc.) use the email so that you have a proof in "sent mail" box of what you have sent. On the other hand, when you have to make an inquiry about the status of ur application, you are good to go with "case sp. inqury".
