Hello, im new to this forum... i need some help.. someone can tell me what to do when im 3 months waiting for my medical paper from ottawa? my VO never receives it. they told me they were going to fix the problem, because they were supposed to receive it long ago... is it possible they lose it? has this ever happened before? thank you people for your answers.
