When will finish waiting???

It's 10th month of waiting;no progress about my application status.Before 40 days I sent an email to singapore asking them how long it will take time to complete my application.They didn't reply.
November 04 will be one year of my medical.So if anyone know how many days I have to wait more,please let me know..

Join the 18 month post. Where everybody there has been waiting 18 months or more for PPR.
