When CIC start backround check? (after AOR) OR (after reciving medicals)

Dear All

If any of you know about the following please advice:

When CIC offices start doing backround check is it immedatly after the AOR or they wait until they recive our medicals report.

They start it when ever they want..most of the time it starts before they send your AOR..they can even do it once they have done your interview... bottom line..it is as and when they choose..
