Whats the connection of VFS and CHC New delhi

Can any one tell me where to send our form? also Is this VFS some private company or its directly linked to CHC?


In VFS website they have some extra charges to use their service.

Nope i don't think u have to pay extra for VFS. Its a private organization which do all visa processing jobs for canadian embassy in some countries. I don't know about India but in Bangladesh we have VFS office in Dhaka and we directly submit the paper to the office, no mail/post.

VFS Global is a Visa outsourcing Services Company that manages the administrative and non-judgmental tasks involved in the visa application process. They, as well, have partner with the Canadian high commission and most students who couldn’t personally make it to the CIC offices at Delhi/Chandigarh, can use the VFS services. CIC charges CAD$ 125 as application processing fee. And an add ional Rs.866 (Service charges, courier charges and payment processing charges), if you are submitting the application through VFS.

Do you think we can get faster response through vfs? in other words can they ask you for any documents missing or other suggestions for ur application.

Yap I have read the same that they have some charges. well, its not much however, I just wanted to know do you think its more realiable way to send applcation pack to them not to CHC?

Yea it is better to send via VFS.
They will check your file,will tell you same time if anything is missing or needed.

But if you are living in Delhi or Chandigarh then it is easy for you to reach CHC.
If in some different city or state It is much better to choose VFS then sending file them by mail.

If you're apllied by VFS or directly CHC possibly you can get response in between 5 to 15 days, if there is not any serious issue with your case whereas sending my mail directly to CHC takes minimum 10 and can be upto 45 working days for decision.
