What to TRUE COPY

Hi all
I am trying to confirm that do we need to make true copy for photocopies of whatsapp/facebook chat history,Call history etc? How about air tickit,boarding pass,restaurant-hotel bills??

You only need to get certified copies for official documents like birth certificates. No need to certify chat logs, invoices, etc.
