Q.1 Below are names as per the documents of my husband that he has so far. For enrolling/registering into IELTS exam for Canadian PR what should be his first name and last name?
** IELTS Application Form says Last name (family name/surname)* is mandatory and looks like First (given) name(s) is not mandatory.

Last Name : Blank
Given Name : X Y
Visa in USA:
First Name: Fnu
Last Name: X Y
