Once you have you spousal sponsorship visa, it will have an expiry date. You must land in Canada and declare PR before that date.

If you have an address in Canada, they will send your PR card to that address in about 6 - 8 weeks.

You can then either at the same time or at a later date 'land as settler' and declare your customs 'goods accompanying' and 'goods to follow' lists and values for CBSA.
