What to answer in IMM 5532E

Hi Guys I am stuck in 5532E questions as I am sponsor and living in Canada. My wife(PA) is in Pakistan. I am filling up the form and i can't think how to answer questions.

1) Are you living together now?
Should i say yes or No? As I got married in mid jan and i lived with her in Pakistan at our home for 2 weeks. then i came back to Canada. and going to apply now. I was wondering what to write as we are together but we not living together right now as i have a job here and she is a housewife there. What should i write in this? and what detail is necessary?

2) Is there more information you wish to share?
what should i write to this? tell them whole story in detail of how our marriage got arranged; when we first were introduced and met. then marriage details?
