What really has happened to Ontario PNP PR applicatios?

Hi All, I think we are just around the corner to receive Medical Request along with RPRF fee request. I suspect for August applicants to receive MR & RPRF in the month of MAY/2015.
Many of the May applicants who got their AOR in March, have started receiving MRs & RPRFs just now. Seems like CIC is clearing up all these stuck-files.

Please keep us posted here anyone receives anything. Good luck to all.

I have received Medical Instructions from CIC just now. However, my prophecy of getting RPRF along with MR proved WRONG.

Do I have to send 2 copies of the receipt on-line and 1 hard copy?
Do I fill client ID, address. Do I sign it?

Any ideas?

I believe printed copy is just for your own records. I am replying to the same mail with receipt attached and writing my details in the body.
