If you have received AOR already, you check on e-CAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas . It won't appear immediately after AOR, it's been taking around 2 days for the application to show once you've received your AOR; but it could take longer. If they haven't gotten to your file yet, the application won't show up in there.
