Hello I did it at Elbit medical diagnostiic on march 11th when I was in bangalore.I preferred Dr. Susan abragam...the total fee was INR 3200 only. Helpful staffs.

You will be given an acknowledgement (Client Information Sheet) with a UMI number. You have to upload a scanned copy of that sheet to CIC.
