What is the department in Karachi University that Emails for Doc Evaluation

Hi, I know WES does complete verification, but there is another Canadian body that requires email from Karachi University as well for further verification and evaluation. I need to know the department in Karachi University that will help sending the verification email. Any contact or just the department name/detail so I can ask them to help? thank you
