Do you guys have any idea what is the cheapest mobile plan in alberta for student ,which i just need voice & messaging plan and do not need for international call and i have less outgoing call but do receive incoming call. I do not need to purchase any phone as i have an unlocked iphone4. Any suggestion, please share with me.

Where in Alberta you are located?

You may check for student plans for Rogers, Wind, or Bell. Most probably you will get the cheapest plan for around $25 per month.

rogers and telus should be the best actually few years before Bell was the best but now Rogers is at the top near around calgary or alberta mostly in saskatchewan and telus is famous in calgary due to it network range

When it comes to cheapest nothing can beat Chatter Box, Wind or Mobility. I am not sure if they are in Alberta yet but in Toronto they rock. $25 per month with almost every thing unlimited.
