What is the actual finger print rules

Hi all i have a question.

EXAMPLAE :

if a person apply his/her citizenship application from Saskatoon.
but presently he/she visiting family members in Winnipeg. in the meantime cic requested finger print .

So now he/she can give finger print in Winnipeg or has to come back in Saskatoon.

Please reply if you know the answer of this question.

You can have the fingerprint done anywhere there is an rcmp office or accredited fingerprint service agency.
