What is 'Temporary Resident Visa – family rate' in fee payment of TRV applicatio

Hello,

I'm reading the instructions for applying TRVs for my children (twin babies), when it comes to the section of fee payment, there are two options:

1) Temporary Resident Visa – (single or multiple entry): $100
2) Temporary Resident Visa – family rate: $500

I'm assuming I should go with the first option, $100 per applicant, so it comes to $200 for my twin babies, is it correct?

What is the second option for?
