Need Help
Question No -1 They are asking if I have Valid travel document or passport
Answer- Should I write Yes or No
As my passport was seized by IRCC while applying Refugee Application in 2020

Question 2 - IMM 0008 Form Question is Are you legal or permanent resident of any country?
Ans- Should I write My home country name

And tgey are asking Yes or No ( If I can return to that country)

Question -3 Do I need to scan the passport size photo?
Can walmart photo will work.

1) I said yes, as my seized passport is still valid.
2) Yes, your home country and you can not return to your country.
3) Yes, you need to scan both sides of the photo. Wherever you take a photo, inform them it's for a PR application. They'll stamp (with their seal) the back side of the photo, and there is a space where you need to take a sign from someone who knows you. (reference)

I am the main applicant and only my name appears in the GCKEY account. I have dependents outside Canada but there is no any information about them in the GCKEY. Is something wrong in my situation?
Hi, my partner is outside Canada and I just got my PR- her application was not visible on my GCKey account throughout because she is overseas.
Once your PR application is finalized the applications of you and your overseas dependents are split, and the overseas PR application is sent to the responsible office (my partners application was sent to VO Delhi).
I believe overseas dependents' applications cannot be linked to GCKey.

Try to provide all supporting documents as much as possible. I did so. Remember document labeling instructions. Do not give them any option to delay your file.

Q-3 I am applying for one or more for the following?
A. Apply for WP with same employer
B. Apply for WP for First time or with new employer
C. Restore my status as worker

They are asking to select 2 options

And They ask If I took any test in proficiency in english or french?
Answer - I did in 2018 Will that count?

And I didn’t work that much
was on social assistance and if worked littly bit part time.
So Is this a problem if I work less as I got wp in 2021 and then didn’t got full time work just work part time in few stores?

Ans: No

No issue whether you work full time or not. I did not work for the first 1.5 years.
