Friends,
I submit my claim in Toronto,
What if i moved to Alberta, does my case file also will shift there?
Does changing province will effect my hearing timeline?

You need to advise IRB of change of address and possibly local law society if you are in receipt of legal fees

Hard to say if it will impact your processing time because many applications are done over video so they can spread out processing more evenly between the members who live and work across Canada. As already mentioned you will have to notify IRB if you move and if you change provinces you will have to change lawyers since legal aid funding is based on province. Not all provinces provide legal aid for asylum applications so would research before moving. The asylum process is likely to take quite a long time due to the volume of applications especially if you are not considered a less complex file and it is very difficult to find affordable housing so would focus on where you can can find employment, where you can find somewhat affordable housing based on your income and where you may have a support system/community or where you think you may be able to establish one.
