hello everybody.

I have this question. Suppose one buys property even if it is a small one and then due to some reason the PR residency obligations are not fulfilled. In such a case the property is still yours even when you lose your PR??? Or do they have mechanisms of forfeiting that property.

please give your opinion

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
But the concern would be... what does the "property" worth to you
if you can't even access Canada?

its strange situation to leave you owning something in a country
but unable to "enjoy" it...

But then if they allow an exception because of owning a property,
many will misuse this by purchasing a property just for the sake of maintaining PR status.

Owning property in Canada, won't maintain your PR status.
