So what happens once you land, what kind of questions do they ask at the border? My spouse received the passport with a visa sticker attached and a letter that she is supposed to sign as well. Anyone know more info regarding this?

thanks a lot for any help

I haven't yet gone through it myself, but your spouse will be asked if there are any changes in circumstances (Death/Birth/Marriage/Divorce), are there any dependants who haven't been declared, and she'll be asked whether she's been convicted of any crimes.

Then, the officer will record the landing in the computer systems and ask for the address in Canada to which the PR Card should be sent. The officer may mention to get a SIN number (some airports allow you to apply on the spot), your spouse will sign the CoPR with the officer and she'll be welcomed to Canada as a PR.
