Hi,

Yesterday my wife received her workpermit. Now i want to apply for spouse open workpermit from india. Can you please let me know what are the forms that are required to fill while submitting the application. If you can send the details as soon as possible that would be very great full.

Also please confirm if i need to fill the form IMM5257 - Sch-1 which says temporary resident visa made outside of canada.
Also please let me know what else i need to furnish.
