What are chances of getting canada student visa second time..?? Recently i refused for the first time and that is beacause of My low percentage in my BBA which is 53%... so should i re-apply for second time??

If your visa application was rejected, and the reason for rejection remains, then applying again is pointless. You need to show that you've changed something in your profile or else they'll just reject you again.

I have Ordered the CAIPS Report ... but what if the Reason is low percentage?? So should i answer them.. about my low percentage?? Or i withdraw
