I did GNM from India. I got my WES result today and it showing non comparable. What I can do next because I want to apply for PR and I am not sure is this study is counting in that or not? Thank you for suggestions.

When determining how to evaluate a credential, experienced area specialists from WES perform a holistic review of all information available. To decide whether or not WES can evaluate a credential, specialists must first determine whether or not there is a
comparable program in the country of equivalency (the U.S. or Canada), so they can perform an accurate evaluation and comparison between education systems.
For example, regionally-accredited recognized institutions in North America do not offer formal academic programs in indigenous medical systems. This means that WES does not evaluate study in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, or other similar programs because there is no
comparable equivalency in the U.S. or Canada.
