WES timeline for 2018

Now, the status shows, "You have submitted your application. Please allow 15 minutes for your status to be updated."

What does this mean?

I would say give it a day or two, then you can try messaging them in webform. From my experience, they reply in a week or two.

My ECA status was last updated on 12 Dec and it states that my evaluation is due for completion on 4 Jan. And 4 Jan would end in a few hours as per Canada time (I guess WES working hours are 9am - 3pm ET). I have dropped them several reminders/follow-up emails through their Contact Us form but they don't seem to have worked.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation?

Call them on +1 800-361-6106. You will on hold for few mins but someone will answer your query.

By the way, there is no further update after 12 Dec. They have missed their own timeline of 4 Jan. I had DMed them on twitter on 4 Jan, to which they replied that the report would be shared by eod of 4 Jan but it wasn't the case. Also, I discovered that their social media team also works during the same working hours as their office (unlike the 24x7 service which is observed elsewhere).

So, should I call on the number shared above on Monday evening IST?

check back on monday again, you can download the report and submit the EE profile on monday and get the ITA on Wednesday (If cutoff clear)

Thanks DreamCanadian - but my wife's ECA report is due for completion on 21 Jan. So, we have to wait till then to submit our profile.

Hi all, finally my ECA report is here - I have been able to download the pdf and I have also received the email notification stating that the hard copy has been shipped via DHL. So, my final timelines are:
