WES showing evaluation in progress but in required documents docs not received

Dear frnds,
There is a problem like as on home page WES is showing that evaluation in progress but in the required document section it is showing that document nor received. Pls clear this situation.

I am facing the same problem but one of the member in this group suggested me that WES will update the status soon. In addition,I had interaction with WES customer care guy and he told me they will update the status soon and I am not suppose to send them any other document.

Don't worry i faced same situation and finally the document appeared and later evaluation was posted
