WES related query for transcripts

Hello people,

Kindly give an insight as to how a student can get WES done. My friend is an MBA graduate and has transcript of the same. The question here is does he have to get a junior college transcript also since he is getting the WES done for getting credit transfer? Also, he is planning to get the PR process started as well can he use the same report for applying for PR?

WES report is good for 10 years and as far as i know you don't need WES for credit transfer in your college /university , if thats what you mean

also you only need transcripts for the course which you are getting WES for , e.g if its for your bachelors use bachelors transcripts

Correction. ECA are only valid for 5 years.

actually a college has asked my friend to get it done to get waiver in fees. is there a need to get bachelors course transcripts as well? or just masters is fine?

in that case , yes you would need an evaluation but again only for the course they are asking you for . which i guess you mentioned is "masters"

Another Question, Can i submit my husband's Certificate (degree) from Cuba to WES to get it evaluated or my husband has to do this himself? OR does it have to be done through the university?
