WES form authorization

1. To send transcripts to WES, do we need to get even the WES application form authorized from the university?
2. I have changed my surname after my marriage. So my certificates and mark sheets have my maiden name. Will this cause any difference?

1) You can either use the WES auth form found on their website, or usually Universities have their own.

No , it is not mandatory .

No , same thing happend with me . but my all educational certificates have same OLD Name and after that i had changed my name my passport and other documnet have changed (new)name .

1. Usually University have their own. If not then you can use WES.

2. As long as you specify to WES that your name was changed then it should not be an issue. For my wife, I registered in new name but specified that she had a old name, so they kept her old name in brackets. Also you will be submitting proof to CIC of the name change.

Did you get your transcripts before registering to WES?

No, I applied for my transcript after registration . My university PTU didn't signed on WES form . They provided me only transcript in sealed envelope .
