WES assesment comma between name and initial

Dear all,

In my graduation certificate my name is given as Arun, A.R. (Kerala university told me that comma separation, was their format during my graduation time) In my transcript they give me as Arun. A.R. So while filling WES form which ask for the name in credential,can i fill it as Arun. A.R. I already filled as (Arun. A.R.) and done the payment for WES.
Also in my passport the initials are expanded. I am a bit tensed. please help.

I am facing same issue. What name did you provide in application form and credential section?
