WES account - mailing address

Hello folks,

My friend is living abroad and is applying for WES ECA.

Now, I live in Canada. Can I put my address as the mailing address in Canada to save the international mail fees.

Will that affect the PR application ? as the report will mention his name and an address in Canada ?

Hi. I also have the same query as I am in India and my friend is in Canada. My ECA report is about to expire in Sept 2020 which was issued to me by wes in 2015 at my India address. Now I want my duplicate ECA report to be delivered at his address to save international courier fee. I am in dilemma whether to do that or not.
