There has been an unfortunate issue where application shows as "returned" however, no email was sent to show us to resubmit forms that were already uploaded. Thus, I am trying to connect with IRCC through a webform. Even though the webform system does not show as "REQUIRED" under client ID and UCI, when trying to submit the form, it does not submit and a message shows up as "Required" What is my client ID given we submitted the PGP back in December 2022 and not recieved an AOR. Thanks!
