Mine is 329 and can be achieve max of 340 ...
What are yours?
You can jump up your score by doing good in IELTS exams and getting your bachelors & masters assessment...If you know french, it can boost up your score.

It is really difficult to say what the maximum score can be as it is based on number of factors. More the merrier :)

Maximum score possible for an applicant without Canadian experience is 520 (+600 depending on whether they have LMIA or PNP).

1. Get a Master's degree or PhD and an ECA for that - Long term plan.

2. Have the right age - Can't do anything on this.

3. Learn French and score high on that test - Medium term plan.

4. Score above CLB 9 on each section of IELTS - get at least 8 in Listening and 7 in Reading, Speaking and Writing.

5. Have at least 3 years of work experience.

Having most of the above will push you beyond 450. All the best!

Creamy layer can easily get 400 and above but about those who's points are 67 to 73 or less than 350 cRS .
Any hope for them?

Try and push the score north of 400 somehow - maybe by improving IELTS scores to at least 8 in Listening and 7 in other sections, learning French and adding those points etc.

Even landing a provincial nomination seems difficult with a below 400 score but look at individual PN threads on the forum to see if any of those can help.

Try getting an LMIA positive job - most difficult of them all especially if you're not in Canada. The process can be extremely daunting even for people already in Canada ---> http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/permanent/index.shtml

Some members on the forum have reported about an organization that works in the LMIA job space, check them out for yourself www.skillsinternationa.com

All the best!
