Hello,

I got my PR card in March 2014 but have never lived in Canada. So i'm planning to move there next month in September.

I would like to ask you that will i be refused or having any problem at the border?

Many thanks,

Look forward to hearing from you.

You should not expect any significant difficulty. You still meet the residency obligation, although you may be close to not doing so. The date of your PR card is not relevant, but the date that you become a PR is. This usually preceeds the card issue date by a couple of months.
