1 more question, did they ever reply to your email? and also did they send you an email concerning contacting DHL for your return of passports? how did the process go? congratulations once again.

The email was explaining to them my wife's being pregnant in her 6th month, and we need to travel ASAP for her safety. They were kind enough and took immediate action, They never replied to me or anything.The only thing was is the DM update on ECAS. That's when I sent them another email on Monday asking them that if it is possible to send us our Passport since my Ecas was updated to DM on Friday. Their reply was that our passport were already picked up by DHL, and are on their way.they didn't provide any further info.
I had already paid for return package via DHL, so I contacted DHL, and asked them if there was a package from Warsaw in my name, they gave me the tracking number, and I received them this morning
It seems the VO and DHL have some kind of connection and they take action if your have a prepaid package.unless this was an exception in my case.
If I were you I would check my Ecas Status for DM update, that's when you know your visa got stamped.
Today I checked, and an Address has been added for the first time in my Ecas, Toronto Canada

I followed your steps... I sent them an email explaining my situation and after a week now I have just today my ecas updated to decision made. I today sent them another email if I should contact DHL to pick up the envelope, and am happily waiting a reply from them God bless you Guss.

They replied back and told me to contact DHL to pick them up... so I contacted DHL, the employee told I get them in 4-5 days.

No, unfortunately there is no news about my case. my ecase status shows my meds have been received for 3 weeks. I sent them a query about my case too but no response. please keep me informed about your case and status.
