I'm on IP2 since end of May with London VO. I've sent email and waiting for their reply.

I did. But the junk folder on my phone doesn’t show anything and the spam on the gmail website has already deleted spam mails more than 30 days old. And I doubt it would go into spam as I have received three emails from them previously which have come into my inbox.
