I have obtained a QSW and my PR is currently being processed, with an anticipated waiting time of 1 or 2 years.
While I am waiting for the PR, if I take up employment in the US for next 3 or 4 years, would that be a problem for my CSQ? It's not like I am taking up employment in other Canadian provinces, but I just want to confirm that no one has ever got their CSQ annulled by Quebec while working and living in the US while their PRs are being reviewed.
And another question. It is very likely that my work permit will expire while I am working in the US, but I do intend to return to Quebec after finishing up the work there. Assuming I can get my PR in the meantime, would there be any problems for me to return to Quebec afterwards in 3/4 years' time?
