After the medical is completed do we need to email CIC saying on specific date I complete medical just for reference?


If not at that time, do we need to email CIC saying in a specific date doctor has uploaded medical report?


Do we need to do above both or one of those (first or second?) or no need to do any?

You don't need to. The DR will.

Its been 2 weeks since I sent them my 3rd email without any reply. My status changed to DM 3rd September and I havnt heard anything since..

I guess then you should email them again. I have seen people from visa exempt countries waiting for couple of months after DM to receive COPR in mail but since you are not from a visa exempt country, I would email again and hope this time they reply.

hang in there, I think there was a person here, who waited few month after the DM
hopefully you'll get your PPR soon. My status changed to DM in early september as well
and PPR came about a month later.

And thats me you are talking about. I waited for about 4.5 months, before getting the Call from CIC nd the next day the PPR email.
