Waiting for Passport Request

Hi Raffy,

Thanks!! I had a tough time to get pictures in 45 X 35 MM size. Finally I had to use a website and cut it to that size. I have sent my passport already but too worried if they will accept the pictures. What are your thoughts?

Did you print your own picture for the Embassy? Why dont you just go to a professional studio to take your pictures? i dont know if they will accept that, because the Embassy is very particular with regards to photos. Where is your location now? USA? Because i dont know about the FBI certificate you are mentioning, i mean how it affects the processing time of your application. Mine, i submitted an NBI and Police clearance here in Canada. Im thinking that probably the CEM had not received yet your FBI. Did you follow it up already at the CEM? But if your timeline had lapsed already, you can send an email or fax letter to the embassy or if you are in the Philippines go directly to the CEM and fill up the follow up form. hi i'm a newbie and i'm also waiting for PPR, medicals were sent to embassy last Feb. 04, 2010 and until now I haven't received any letter from CEM yet. I've been waiting for more than 3 months and havent received any letter from them yet. Is this normal ? Will there be a possibility that my application is denied? If after med exam they found out that I have some sort of sickness which "I don't know if there is" will they require another med test? Do you think the waiting time for PPR at this point is still normal ( 3 months and 1 week )? Anyone in the group who is still waiting for PPR same as mine or longer? I'm under MPNP General stream category. Anybody in the group who tried to follow up the embassy via email? and what's the reply? This waiting time is really stressful. Why do they keep that long?God Please help! what should I do? Everyday I always check for email or snail mail and there is none. Anybody from the group who can share his thoughts I'll appreciate it very very much.

Think positive and always pray. Did the medical practitioner already send your medical result to the CEM? if they did, wait for 3 months, unless they found something on your medical, in that case you will undergo additional test. So talk to your doctor and ask him if theres something wrong on your medical. Hope you will receive your PPR soon. Goodluck and always pray. keep me posted.

thanks raffy888, according to DMP medicals was sent last feb 04 to CEM. I am also hoping that PPR will come through god's will. I am also hoping that some of us who are waiting for PPR will received it. The more they request for PPR the more chances for us to get it plus More and more prayers!!!

hailo congrats! did you received it via email? I'm so happy for you it's a good sign that the visa office is processing the PPR and we hope that someday they gonna processs our papers too.
