Waiting for initial PR card to come back to Canada after covid 19 ends

I had sent retake photos for the PR Card issue for the second time on March 10 and also we got to know through tracking that the photos have reached IRCC office. But no response after that. Does anybody know does IRCC office is functioning? Can anybody enquire on this who is staying in Canada please? Appreciate your help

If you search the forum, you will see everyone is waiting on PR cards due to the pandemic delays.

As of May 12, the processing time for the first PR card is 135 days.
