if thr is delay beyond 4 months, then problem is with employer's documentation/filing/reply to queries.

Most probably, 99.99 pc AEO is refused if no response beyond 4 months, and consultants are lying.

Ask Consultants to refund yr money after 6 months OR provide any recent communication from service canada.

hi guys my lawyer in canada has applied AEO in jan 2010 still did not get any response. sometime i feel he is making me fool i really dont know what should i do now i am thinking to ask him to return my retainer money back. Anybody can help to get AEO, i am ready to pay pls guys help me out. i am an accountant

My consultant has assured me 3-4 months. I think my consultant has kept some time for reserve so I should not ring him oftenly.

what is the occupation you applied for?

Are certain occupations faster to process, like what?

well i dont know the employer but lawyer is communicating on behalf of me and nowdays even he is not giving reply of my mails. i really dont know what should i do.

I applied for aeo in dec 2009 in june i got to know that it got rejected. now i heard the news that after june26th the rules have changed and they also mentioned in a conference that now onwards aeos will take minimum of 1yr + time......is there any body who can confirm this news....??
