I'm applying for a visitor visa on the new IRCC portal. I reached the payment page and did not go through with the payment (I couldn't find my CC to complete the transaction).

The Action status is set to "pending" which previously had options to "continue" or "delete".

How do I finish the payment and submit this application?

you may delete the ircc account and pending application or continue with same id easily
