My sister's family is applying for the TRV. She is a housewife and the main applicant for the TRV would be my brother-in-law (who would show his bank balance, assets and employment as proof for financial support). If their visa is approved can my sister and her children travel to Canada first without her husband accompanying them? He would travel only later.
