My mom has a visitor visa that will be expiring on October 20, 2019. She also have her passport renewed.
Can she still enter Canada on June 20 and leave on September 26, 2019?She has a return ticket for September 26,2019.
She has her visa on her old passport. I suppose it’s still valid even though it is on her passport right?
I can’t find an email or contact number to call at CIC to ask about this. I just saw on one website that there is no 6 month validity rule here in Canada so she can still enter.
I hope I can hear from some who have an experience like this.
