Visitor extension approve w/ medical form but Going back home

Hi. I applied for my wife visitor extension. Her permit expired this July 11 but we already applied for new one w/c is already been approve with medical form. My question is. We have an emergency and need to go back to our country before end of June. Does she need to do the medical still even though she is not coming back in about 2 years? Is there any problem in the future if ever she want to come back? She has 5 years multiple visa by the way


2nd, i applied mine. My status now is on implied status. Can i go home too? Even though my permit is not yet approve? Is there any problem in the future if ever i want to go back in canada? I have 5 years multiple visa too
