Hello, I am on PGWP. My work permit is expiring on Jan 24, 2024. I would like to visit my home country in december but will come back before Dec 20,2023.
Can some one please suggest if there is any issue in this. My friend told me that Canadian immigration will not have any issue however the Indian immigration might stop me as i will have only one month of work permit left.
My TRV is until 2025.
Did someone come back to Canada with 1 month of permit left.? Was there any issue? Please advice.
