VISA -Rejected

hi,
I have applied for temporary wok permit under the terms of FACILIATED PROCESSING FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY WORKERS workers -NOC 9990.6 HRSDC LMO Exempted visa last month. I had
submitted PHOTOCOPIES of all the required documents including JOB OFFER
letter from canada. but my visa application got rejected and reason
given to me says "NOT GENIUNE JOB OFFER". I believe this is becoz I
submitted the photocopy of the offer letter and not the originals. now
my employer in canada has sent the originals thru post. so is it
advisable for me to apply again..

and my job starts from JANUARY-1- 2010 and i'm planning to apply on DECEMBER-10-2009 can i apply it in this minimal time duration

please advice how to proceed.

You can apply, date when you job starts in the job offer letter doesn't really matter, they will issue work permit and only after that you'll be able to start working.

I've question -- does this facilitated processing actually works? I know this regulation exists, but I've applied for LMO before. Now I want to renew work permit without applying for LMO. I'm the same NOC 9990.6.
