VISA REJECTED PLEASE HELP ME

I applied for diploma course Electronics Engineering Technician (2 years ) For Conestoga college for Fall 2012 but my visa got rejected
My Profile

10 th 77%, Intermediate 82 % , B.Tech 59.2% i had 14 backlogs
IELTS was 6.0 (with no band less than 5.5 )

but now i am reapplying again for jan 2013
I got admission in Fleming College for Wireless Information Networking (2 years ) It is post graduate certificate
AND I RETAKEN IELTS I GOT 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0)

and i also applied for 1 year course HUMBER COLLEGE wireless networking i am waiting for it....
Please guide me about college ?????????????/

And is there any chances of getting VISA...?
please help me out

1)You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
---> Your propose studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, Employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada. Language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Personally i think go for any college except humber !!!So, flemming is a fine college
and yeah visa chances are good.....go for that ...

I have everything completed and waiting to pay fees for jan 2013 if needed will take gic also.i did my b pharm and i got admission in centenial college industrial microbiology fast track diploma one year program, as the requirement suggest to has a degree in hand is good.bt still in confusion that some people say that it is advised to go for pg dip.bt some of my friends got visa earlier.bt under new circumstances i am confused.And I am having nearly one year marketing experinence in medical companys,and also got admission for a marketing pg program at george brown.please help,,.......................wanna 2 take a decision fast..................

14 backlogs in B.E (instrumentation & Control)

I have 14 backlogs in B.E (instrumentation & Control) and want to apply for Project management in canada under spp.
Do I have chances to get in following colleges for Project Management?

Humber, Centennial, Seneca, Algonquin.

Which is best?
My IELTS score is Listening, Reading, Writing=6.0 and Speaking=6.5. overall 6.0

Please help me!
