I made the application on April 19 and I got a mail from CIC that I should respond within 15 working days why I didn't tell them I was refused a UK visa in 2009 . though I didn't understand the question very well when I was aksed if have been inadmissible to leave Canada or denied a visa in entry any other country. I had to forward the UK refusals to them immediately. Yge school has resumed on September 6 and had defered the admission to February intake. Though have paid half of the tuition fee . the school gave me another letter of acceptance for February intake . am yet to hear from the embassy since July 24. Can someone give me an advice on that.

In my case, I applied for my study permit with the Fall 2017 offer letter but had it deferred to Winter 2018. Two weeks later CIC emailed me asking for the new (deferred) acceptance letter, so I expect them to do the same to you (if they intend to issue the VISA).
