Hello everyone,
My sister-in-law is a citizen of Bangladesh and was married to someone who was on work permit here in Canada. She also received her work permit visa stamped on her passport. But by the time she received her passport, unfortunate they got divorced and she received a call from the visa office that her visa has been cancelled and she can’t travel to Canada. Which absolutely makes sense. Her husband might have canceled the application. It’s been more than 9 months since the incident happened. My sister-in-law also got a Australian visa and will be travelling soon there. As my husband’s brother lives there. Now we wanted to apply visitor visa for my sister-in-law in Canada as well. Now my question is how can we proceed about it? Do we need to submit her divorce letter? Or can we just simply submit the copy of cancelled visa and explain everything in a letter? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
