visa application is not yet dispached

I have applied on 06/10/2017 for jan intake in Canadian ambasi Chandigarh but still no response its now 35th day i have applied my file no is near about 96000 and i have come to know that file no with 97000 have got visa but i am still pending is this possible that they have kept my file as pending because my academic were not good i will be very thank full with quick response to this message

It all takes time. It depends on your background and profile, be patient and give it a few weeks.

takes minimum 6 weeks so have some patience and be positive.
