anyone knows how long the Vienna office needs to reply to an urgent request made via email?

I know that they don't respond on trivial questions and information available online.

I'm waiting the second week now and there is no other way to talk to them.

Thanks for the reply.

Their response delay is really frustrating especially because it is urgant and important. The Berlin office sometimes responded on the same day.

Does anyone have a personal email address of someone working at the immigration section in vienna rather than the general one? I used to have one for the Berlin office but is deleted now since the visa section moved to Vienna.
